Preferred Purchase Program

What is the Preferred Purchase Program? AFN has established a purchase SWAT team to ensure a 15 business day closing* on purchase transactions.
*The 15 business day close is subject to Subject Property Collateral

Who’s eligible to enroll in the Preferred Purchase Program? The program is design to offer the Real Estate Industry’s best agents with the Mortgage Industry’s best service. To enroll, an elite agent must have closed 18 transactions* within the last 12 calendar months.
*Not required that any of these transactions be with AFN

How Does the Preferred Purchase Program work? As an elite agent, your assigned Loan Originator will not only prequalify your borrow but have the loan pre-underwritten to ensure the buyer is not only creditworthy and financeable but far along in the financing process before the Contract of Sale has been ratified!

Close like a cash buyer! Realtors will win more business, close fast and get paid fast with pre-underwritten buyers.
